TCPA STOP

We need to see two or more marketing text messages either between 9pm-8am, after you told them to STOP. You can also optionally include a DNC (do not call) registration older than 30 days ago.

TCPA 9pm-8am

We need to see two or more marketing texts sent in between 9pm-8am. You can also optionally add your do not call registration older than 30 days to make your case stronger.

TCPA DNC (do not call)

A DNC (do not call) case needs to have proof that you registered your phone number to it more than 30 days ago. We also need to see texts or calls from a company we can identify that you did not give permission to be sent to you (i.e. opting in)

TCPA Robocall

We need to hear one calls of a robocall from the same company. This can either be call recordings or voicemails.
